The Ed Neigh/Sandy Jones Scholarship Fund annually awards a piping scholarship to a deserving young piper to attend the North American Academy of Piping and Drumming. Room, board and tuition are covered by this scholarship; transportation is not covered, and is the student's responsibility. Students must be less than 25 years old at the time of the award (May each year). Excellence in piping and financial need are the main criteria for selection. A letter of recommendation from your pipe major and/or teacher is also required.
